Memorable Sports Moment / In Case You Missed It of the Day: The United States women’s national soccer team shocks Brazil with a stunning Megan Rapinoe cross to Abby Wambach that tied the game 2-2 in the 122nd minute of play.
USA went on to beat Brazil 5-3 in penalty kicks.
Better still: Yesterday’s game was played on the 12th anniversary of Brandi Chastain’s iconic shirt-removing victory over China in the 1999 World Cup.
